Background Info-

I have been a long time reader but never posted anything. Ive searched this sight up and down as well as many others, and i cannot seem to find an answer to my problem. Im 22 years old. Let me say that i have been on the opiate train for about 4 years now. On and off for the first year and a half, and for the last 2 and a half years its been literally about every day except some months i wasnt able to get any for around a week or so(some rough times i might say). Its been up and down and up and down. Ive used everything from Vicodin to Oxy and dillies. Ive been snorting the D's, 4mg ones, for the past 7 months almost everyday. anywhere from 4-12 depending on my tolerance. (lol back in the day doing 4). I dont bang it, ive lost too many friends to that shit. No judgement here if you do, just not my thing. Ive been doing about 6-12 a day for the past 4-5 months like i said almost everyday. i space them out through out the day and wait as long as i can in the morning/noonish to do them. Dont know if this matters, I recently quit going to the gym. I had been lifting pretty heaving and taking pre workout supps occasionally for the past 6 or so years. I have celiac disease too. Had that for about 13 years. So no gluten for me. I also have slight heart palpaltations (sp?) when lifting and occasionaly just during the day. The heart doc did an EKG and stress test on me to come to that conclusion. I have not been lifting for the past month.

The Problem-

I have been getting small, yet enough to cause worrying in me, pains/tightness in my chest. I had been snorting this stuff kind of hard with out proper knowledge that i was maybe getting the powder/dust in my lungs. This started about 5 days ago and since ive been snorting less and not NEAR as hard and exhaling after the first half of the breathe and it has not been near as chronic or as painful/tight. Nonetheless, it is still there. Looked online and obviously it says consult physician. Id rather not. Everybody on here seems to have more PRACTICAL knowledge(than a doc) on opiate/oid abuse and we have all "been in eachothers shoes" so to speak, and that my friends is why i chose bluelight. Has anyone experienced this or known anyone to have this problem? Obviously i need to stop but we all know how that is. If it gets worse i will speak to a doctor. I hope this thread can help more people than just me in the future. Sorry if i broke a rule posting what i posted but i HAVE read ALL the rules. Thank you everybody.
