Hydromorphone and Oxycodone IV combination

I have 10 20mg Oxynorm capsules and 13 2mg Dilaudid tablets. The oxycodone capsules are instant release (as with the hydromorphone) and have a very fine powder inside. I have an oral oxycodone tolerance of about 40-60mg and about a 6-8mg tolerance to hydromorphone.

I want to shoot say 8mg of hydromorphone and 20mg of oxycodone in the same mix, would this be an ok amount? I have a 1mL insulin syringe so how much water should I use to mix the entire amount? or if I decided to just shoot the 8mg (4 tablets) how much water should I use so I can fit the whole mix in one syringe? I have a wheel filter and a 6mL gauge syringe however the gauge syringe doesn't have a needle for it to shoot, only to suck up, otherwise I'd shoot with that instead.

If you shoot 8mg of hydromorphone and 20mg of oxy you could od, as thats like taking 40mg of oxy on top of your higher end of dilaudid tolerance. Id say 4mg dilaudid and15mg oxy

yeah i'm not going to do the oxy now, esp since i only have 20mg capsules i can't really tell how much i'm shooting if i take a little bit away. i'm going to shoot 8mg now, how much water should i use for 4 pills? they are very small

I usually use 30-40 units per pill

i just mixed up, i have 80 units for 4 pills, i think that's pretty good considering how small they are. thanks fatstep

dude wont you be happier if you have some oxy after you run outta diluadids stave off the sickness and whatnot

yeah good point pharcyde, im trying my hardest to use my pills as less as possible until monday when i get a new script, but as we all know its fucking hard! lol

The two are an amazing combo together, just be careful like previously mentioned the possibility of oding is certainly higher when mixing the two. I personally did 4 mg Dilaudid with 30mg oxy but I've been using for quite awhile now and have a pretty high tolerance. Needless to say the rush was absolutely incredible but please be careful.
