Opioids Hydromorphone Ampules

Hey I have some Hydromorphone amples (where ones where you have to snap the top off) 10mg/1ml.

Now 1ml is not that much liquid so whats a way to stoore 40-50cc when your moving around?

When I went to the shooting gallery they gave me a 3ml barrel with a long 24g needle on it to suck it all up, I then back filled some into a 1ml syringe (Whats peoples best technique for this I found I lost a tiny bit I took out the plunger of the 1ml barrel and stuck the needle inside and screwed it on however some leaked out (I knew to tilt the syringe a little when I put the plunger back in so i didn't push out the contents) I put in 30cc.

After this i put the cap back on the 3ml barrel pulled the plunger all the way back and used masking tape in 4 positions to attach it to a paddle pop stick.

Anyone got any ideas on improving technique.
