A friend of mine who I regularly slam Dilaudid (d's throughout report) with bought a gram of 100% pure MDPV on my advice. He opened up the package and immediately called me to fix him 
What a wild night that was.
So I call my lady C to get the d's. She humbly obliges with her regular amazing price of 7 dollars per 8mg pill. I get 4 for the long night ahead.
When I pull up at my buddy Karl's we decide to have a bite to eat before we start as we usually both get pretty nauseous if we don't. After gobbling down a BLT each we start to "measure" out our spoons. Having done it a few times before I DO NOT RECOMMEND eyeballing doses, ESPECIALLY with substances as potent as MDPV, but having seen 10mgs of it lined up more than a couple times I feel pretty comfortable with my own eyes.
So I smash 8mgs d in each spoon and then sprinkle on ~5mgs mdpv each to start. We mix the powder in the spoons until it's basically homogeneous. We each put 2 full syringes of water in the powder. After cooking it pretty lightly (not even enough to bubble) we pull our plungers and shot up at basically the same time....
The rush that followed was one that I don't think any other drug will be able to rival. I was simultaneously completely awake but in a complete lulled dream. I was totally floored, we sat on Karl's couch staring a million miles away for a good 30 minutes in awe of the complete and utter bliss of our intoxication. We then decided it might be a good idea to play some video games while our "awakeness" still lasted. A good idea it was. We probably looked completely retarded, I'm sure both of our eyes looked cracked out as fuck, but we honestly did not care whatsoever. I remember looking at Karl, seeing him sweat and rub his face while we played Halo 3, he looked like he had a high fever, but he was shivering at the same time. I asked him if he was ok and he said "I've never had so much fun in my life", and I couldn't have agreed more.
I've read that MDPV itself doesn't give euphoria, so I'm thinking that all of our happiness was the dilaudid lending itself to the MDPV (if that makes any sense), but in every way it was an incredible combo.
Anywho, after what felt like hours playing Halo we both started nodding and I figured the MDPV was starting to wear off. Usually I'm not so reckless as to redose a few times in one night, but everything I've read also leads me to believe that MDPV is a generally safe substance.... So fuck it.
After I eyed out the piles of ~10 MDPV and cracked one of the 8mgs of D in half we decided to smoke a blunt before we slammed anything. We figured if the weed knocked us out we didn't deserve the next spoon and would slam it when we woke up. The weed catapulted us well back into the realm of high, but didn't do anything near put us to sleep.
So the second rush came. Amazing. Nodding, but frantically awake. After this we didn't do much of anything. We sat, sweating balls, nodding, scratching, rubbing. What regular junkies do.
The next day we slept. All day.
In sum MDPV combines beautifully with opiates. I had never done a speedball type combo before this and I really want to try it with heroin and cocaine. I highly recommend this combo, but I also highly recommend that one obtains a scale beforehand as our second bumps really could have been ANYTHING.
