Opioids Hydromorphon-STADA hydromorphone ER pills

Hi all!
I'm wondering if someone is familiar with these pills made by Stadapharm. Mine are 16 mg.
Is the time release mechanism easy to defeat? Are there any abuse resistant tecnologies included in these?
 
I have the same question. Being curious I broke one and realized one half is white and the other is black, I know little about how to "defeat" these er's. They turn into gel when water is ablied to the white side. I wouldn't try to do anything with a gel supstance. Mabey you can plug it but just getting the gell into an "applicatior" would need to have a big opening or it will get clogged. I just swallow them as they seem to have achieved what they are trying to prevent. If it broke up in water like an ir then we would be in business but it does not. I found it great for chronic pain and was happy to have my dose adjusted. I gave up have my ir hydromorphone perscription and requested the er version for 50% dose. I wasn't trying to get more I was getting tired of having to dose 4-6 times a day on just ir. I love the IR but I was going into withdraws on a daily basis when only on. Once I started taking the er I never had any more waking up after 6 plus hours of sleep in cold sweats shaking to get my meds. Or not paying attention and going over 6 hours without meds it was obvious I was already in withdraws. Now I take the ir version when I need a little extra to get things done. I don't beleive its worth it to try to take the er version any other way than a cup of water swallowed like the bottle tells us.
