Can someone provide proper plugging instructions please?
Do the beads have to be crushed first?
What kind of syringe is needed?
Do you have to hold it in to prevent it from running back outa yer butt?
If you use some kinda lube, won't that affect absorption?
I read soaking beads in grapefruit juice helps break wax down and then drink it - that true?
