Opioids HydromorphContin Question (ORAL use)

Im not sure exactly what hes talking about.....is "hydromorph-contin" just a time release formulation of htdromorphone???

....if so, the name is extremely confusing. I thought it was some crazy hybrid mix of hydromorphone and oxycodone.
