Hydromorph w/ 0 tolerence

I have zero opiate tolerance. I will be using the drug rectally. How much hydromorphone should I take to get REALLY high?

Well you didn't mention which strength pills you have but with zero tolerance l would say no more than 4mg.

I would start with two just to be safe, and maybe go to four after that if you need to. Be careful on this path, though. Dilaudid is the devil crack of opiates.

No seriously though dilly is incredibly strong with a shorter than average duration, definitely my favorite opioids hands down. You don't mention an ROA but if you're shooting it definitely go no higher than 2mgs, dilaudid has a terrible oral bioavailability so we're looking at close to a three fold increase in potency. Any other ROA and you're certainly gonna need at least 4mgs.

1mg is what is administered parenteraly in the hospital as a starting dose...that's why l figured 3-4 mg to get REALLY high. Rectal administration should be +/- 70% BA considering some unsavory variables

I have no idea about rectal, But I had dabbled with Vicodin And codeine And other petty opiates, But I did 2 mg insufflated (sp? ) And I got blown away. I consider my tolerance pretty close To 0, And I couldn't keep my head up.

Haha man is that one badass drug.

No one can give you a truly safe and accurate dosage. Everyone's body and innate tolerance is different. If you're wanting to "get really high" without potentially killing yourself, don't exceed 8mg. Use that amount, wait - the onset will be relatively quick - then decide if you need more to get where you need to go.
