HydroMorph Contin, Intranasal & IV Questions

Hello, Im new here so I guess Ill start with a little backround Information On my Drugs.

Started out with Tramadol for years, And within the last 6 to 14 Months. I,ve been on Hydromorph contin, started at 3mg doses and am now at 12mg doses multiply times a day. Have been just taking Oraly. Usualy take 24mg when I wake up, then another 12mg If I decide to.

Everyone says that opiods are so good, and I see people nodding off from large oral doses.. How much do they take for that effect, alot of people who IV dont even nod off

I have more questions about intranasal and Iv doses, but will wait for now.

Im thinking of trying intranasal, not sure of dose, Looking for a faster deliver method for pain when needed.

With HydroMorphContin, I would insufflate them, thats how I have always done it and gotten a wicked high off intranasal use.
What you do, is either get a pill grinder/crusher, empty out the beads from the capsules into their and grind up the beads real fine, and then make nice thick lines, and snort them. I love HydroMorphContin, mmm.. I have had scripts for them off and on through the years and have always used Intranasal, and occasionally oral.

The other way you can do if you don't have a pill crusher/grinder, is just empty out the beads from the capsules into a bowl, find something like sturdy and hard to crush the beads and grind them. (Something with a flat end).

Sorry, I cannot speak for IV Experience, as thats not my game. But HydroMorphone is a wicked Opioid, mmm, especially those HydroMorphContin 30mg's. I think you will love the intranasal high from them a lot better than taking them orally, thats for sure. I think Intranasal B/A is around 54%, where is Oral B/A is only about 35%.

Im thinking of trying either intranasal or pluging with it prepared in a syringe sometime tonight, whats a safe dose to start if I wanted to try this method.

Intranasal dosing, I would go with crushing up about 18-24mg seeing as you have already taken opiates for a little while anyway, try snorting at that dosage. Divide up into lines, make sure you crush the beads as best as you can!

got 2 24s of hm..did 36mls the early and didnt get much...been iving for a few weeks..was doing oxys and dillys for the last say..5 or so years and just wasnt getting were i wanted to be with them.and spendng so much money,got told iving would save me cash but ive just got doing 36mls and not really doing much..not sure if i waqs taught the proper method..see alot of people saying not to heat..to heat,and im allways end up with barely any water in the fit...any advice?..seen someone say to let them sit in water to soak so thats what they are doing right now..got them grinded down to a fine dust so hopefully will do the trick!..let me know

The mean bioavailabilities are

33% Oral

55% Intranasal

100% IV

So... it would be like

30mg Oral = 18mg Intranasal = 10mg IV

Crushed the beads very fine and tried nasal, Didnt work good at all. Must be the wax coating or something, got instantly plugged up after the first try. got a very feint buzz after about 5min, was similar to the feeling of iv when i tried it, just not as intense. worked for my pain great though. didnt have to wait for it to kick in like oral doses. the pain was gone quick. but is slowly coming back in a short period of time.

I thought I remember reading something about, crushing the beads then adding water, drawing the milky water into the syringe tube without needle, and spraying water into the nasal. Is that how? is it effective.

Mabey Ill just stick to my normal Oral dosing, Iving isnt for me, and my nasal atttempt didnt go well. lol

Hydromorph Contin is shit, so much potential if it was a regular Dilaudid but no....those tiny balls from hell I would never snort again (gave me rhinitis like nothing else ever did) just from crushing one 30mg and having a sniff here and there.

If you crush them up well, and sniff them right, they are much stronger than Sniffing Oxycodone. I hate people that are always like "Snort Oxy's you get higher" bunch of bullshit. Oxycodone is strictly meant for Oral use. And if I were to IV something, it wouldn't be Oxycodone, because it already has an Oral B/A of ~87%.

I didn't mention anything about oxy, I always just chew on OC's when get them, but I find them less desirable than hydromorphone/hydrocodone (yeah, remember I'm the guy who can have Hycodan 5mg pills prescribed with nothing else in them, good stuff).

It is a wicked time, and an awesome opioid high. One of my favourites for sure.

I've had Hycodan 5mg pills as well prescribed to me, but I honestly found them quite weak, since my opioid tolerance is very high. I enjoy OXY-IR 20mg tablets much more.

But yeah, lots of dilaudid in the big red 30mg ones...they're just a super pain in the ass to deal with. I've eaten a 30mg Hydro Contin once and i was high....a little, and barely got any analgesia...docs who prescribe this are laughing at their patient I think, when they could have Oxycontin or Mscontins which are much cheaper and work better. And I bet they are gonna try to phase them out with the even harder to "abuse" Jurnistas...with their creepy mechanism.

7.5mg Oral Dilaudid is equipotent to 20mg Oral Oxycodone

I can say I have never seen these in my life, and I have snorted a lot of pain killers. I am very surprised I have never came across these tho, especially where I live. But I think I'll stick to my oxymorphone for sure!

Opiates are not sold by drug dealers normally, except heroin, but only in the what 5 big cities we have, never saw H in my life, more like the other kind of H. You must obviously know about how our weed is great and super cheap....on our side of the border, having yanks pay 400 dollars for an oz is funny for our gangsters I guess.

I can never say I seen heroin personally. I tend to stay away from the heroin addicts, took a lot of good people. All because they couldn't get a good enough high from pills. Which I don't understand I've been doing them for 9 months now and always find a way to get high. As for the weed scene, I got out of that real fast when I got robbed at gunpoint for 20$ worth of weed. Welcome to America!! Home of the brave, and mentally retarded!!

Not gonna lie, this gave me a nervous laugh when I read this.

I dunno, I just imagine some old fuck, not trying to abuse his meds really, crack open a beer and downing it. 2 hours later: "HOLY SHIT HONEY, I FEEL BETTER THAN GOD, AND IVE GOT A BONER STRONGER THAN ANY VIAGRA HAS DONE FOR ME!"

He then dies an hour later mid-coitus from cardiac arrest.
