Opioids hydromorhone plugging

I currently plug (broken down into solution) maybe 4 4mg instant release hydromorphone for pain relief daily (plus I take extended release as well) I am running low on my instant release, can I plug my 9mg or 6mg capsules of extended release ofhydomophone safely? Or somewhat safely? can u make a solution from water out from the extended release capsules? like with the instant release?

Possibly... though I'd have thought XR tablets would have to be broken down by stomach acid in order to be metabolised effectively?
 
I don't know, I have read some people shoot the XRs, so I would think you can plug em. My worry is the safety with XRs getting too much med in one hit, and will they even dissolve in water once crushed up? There has got to be someone on here that has tried it or does it. Im running low on IRs and need info soon. I really wanted some advice before giving a 6mg capsule a try.
 
I would look up ALL of the ingredients that are in your particular ER pills and see if any of those ingredients would get in the way of you plugging them.
 
Yes,if you are plugging 16mg already I'm pretty sure you can do 12 or 18mg as well. Are these Exaglo's?? I can't remember exactly(first pill I shot <3) didn't even have a tolerance and did an 8mg,ha. Anyway, there is a grey part and a white part...I don't think you want the grey part get rid of it. To get it to dissolve in water faster use a razor blade and get into fine tiny white pieces or you can just put it in the cold water, but it will take a while to dissolve..make sure to look this up first as my mind is a bit hazy and it's been forever since I had an Exaglo, just type in how to shoot Exaglo then do the same method except apply it to plugging it...

Edit: And if it is exaglo it CAN BE plugged. I didn't have a rig afterwards and had to of those so I plugged 12mg before I went into work...works MUCH better than oral for recreational purposes, so I can see why you would do it for pain relief also. Also it's not like your butt is like mainlining so I wouldn't worry about the inactive ingrediants in it,lol.
 
they are not exaglos, they are generic XR capsules in 9mg and 6mg. I am going to give a 6mg a try this afternoon when pain gets bad. like you said its going up your ass not in your arm, so I should be ok. sometimes I plug 20mg of IR twice in a night if pain is bad enough, so trying a 6 XR should be ok. I just hope it desolves in water like the IRs do.
 
Oh, ya those. We don't have those in the US unfourtaneateley I don't think...pretty much a Canada thing from what i've seen... You shouldn't have a problem, there's a few episodes of intervention canada, they just crushed the beads up, filtered then shot them...so I guese just crush beads add water draw up, then squirt it up your bum.
 
just opened a 6mg, the beads are all white, tried to crush them with pill crusher, droped it in a 10ml suringe with water and will let it sit overnight to see if it desolves, cuz it sure is not desoving now. no matter how much you shake it. we will see tomorrow if it works..........if anyone has a better way of mixing up the beads with water, I would sure love to know!
 
So I opened a 6mg capsule and crushed it up best I couldwith pill crusher (did not work well) put the somewhat crushed up beads in a10ml syringe and filled with water. I even pulled out the wife’s ultrasoniccleaner machine and put syringe in there to shake it up real good. Left itovernight.
About 30 min ago it looked the excate same as when I first addedwater to syringe. I said fuck it and plugged it. Got a good buzz and some pain relief.The buzz is a little different than the IR`s when plugged. I’m going to try amotor and pestle tonight to break these little bastard beads up and try that. Againif anyone has a good way to dissolve these fucken beads please let me know.
 
k got motor and pestle and crushed em up real good and they dissolved in 8ml od water np. let it sit overnight and plugged it an hour ago, working good, yet not the same as IRs, I found it fucks with your CNS a little more (slowing it down) so you got to be carefull. Now I just have to ajust dosage. very happy with it.
