Opioids Hydromophone Contin(beads)-How do I filter my solution?

I am making a Hydromorphone nasal spray, and wondering what the best way to filter the solution, without losing too much of the good stuff? Snorting has taken a toll on my nose and lungs, and I will not go the IV route. Thanks.

Has anyone ever done this process before? Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated. Also, what are some of the safety issues with administering it, this way. Thanks everyone.

I suppose cwe wil lab filter paper? And eating or railing the crushed beads. Or plugging you may not need to filter. Not sure you need to if you're only squirting up your nose?
