Tonight at 6 I popped 3 5mg Vicodin would it be ok to take 4 more around 11 pm? I am 5'7" 125 lbs

Maybe one or two but I wouldn't go hog wild with them. What you can do is learn how to do a cold water extraction so you're not consuming so much acetaminophen. Here's a thread that might help you:

Three of those is usually enough for a first timer. Wait at least a couple of hours to see what the effect is. Honestly, I don't think you'll need the other four
