Opioids Hydrocodone with adderall/vyvanse

Earlier on today at about 9 in the morning, I took 2 vyvanse 30 mgs. Later at about 6, I took 20 mg of adderall. it is currently 3:14 AM and I took 3 vicodins, with an acetaminaphin level of 1325 mg. should I be fine? Sorry, I'm kind of new when it comes to opiates.
 
you'll be alright... in the future if you feel like it may not be safe then ask or don't do it. and also don't forget mixing uppers and downers ain't healthy for ya.... for the sake of HR at least ;)

edit: outta curiosity which Vic's were they 5, 7.5, or 10 s?
