Can someone please tell me if I take 35mgs of hydrocodone to get high how much a Methadone dose would equal to reach that same level? I don't understand how to use those conversion charts cause it said when I did it 140 MG's of methadone and I HIGHLY doubt that..Id die lol. I understand methadone isn't recreational to most but to me it is in the past. My tolerances increased since then so I don't even have an idea.

Smart to check here dude, you would have died like eight times over.

5mg. No more until tomorrow. I'm serious, it takes a loooong time to come on and reach peak effects and a lot of people dose way too high by taking another dose. It also has a long half life. You are likely to be feeling effects into tomorrow.

Opioid Conversion Chart said:
ORAL

Morphine 30 mg PO =

Heroin = 30 mg
Codeine = 200 mg
Hydrocodone = 30 mg
Oxycodone = 20 mg
Hydromorphone = 7.5 mg
Oxymorphone = 10 mg
Methadone = 5-10 mg†

That means 30 milligrams of hydrocodone are equal to 5-10 milligrams of methadone. Don't exceed 5 milligrams as Venrak said, it's a potent opioid with a very long half-life. Any excessive dosage could cause you problems. Also as mentioned, beware of overlapping doses. Only take another dose when about a couple of half-lives have passed, that means AT LEAST 36 hours.

Answered and closed. Please PM me or Venrak if you have any questions.
