Opioids Hydrocodone Syrup (Mhhmmm DRANK)

Ok, so I got a few bottles of hydrocodone syrup and it contains acetaminophen. 7.5/500mg/15ml

So is there any method for me to get rid of the acetaminophen?

The simple answer is no. The advanced answer is maybe but it will take chemicals, lab equipment, and depend on what else the syrup is made of. It would likely be cheaper to purchase something else than try to extract this.

Depending on your tolerance you may not need to extract the acetaminophen (3-4g per day max) and regardless of your tolerance you can always mix a little hydrocodone syrup in with other opiates that don't contain acetaminophen thereby using your supply without having to extract it.

ahh, this stuff is great. ive only had the hydro/gualfinesin tho. well, that and the oxycodone 5mg/ml they script when oxycontin or roxy is preferred but the patient cant swallow pills. that stuff just aint right man, in a good way .
if i couild add a question to the thread though, i know APAP isnt water soluble, so would the OPs syrup not be water based?

In my knowledge you can't get the APAP out. I like amapolas idea to mix it with other opiates that don't have APAP in it.

Lucky lucky. This stuff is always a treat.

dunno how this stuff tastes, but the liquid suspension oxycodone doesn't taste good at all. Well, it does, cause I know it's the taste of sweet relief. Maybe it was just the kind that I had gotten my hands on, though. That stuff was like 5mgs/teaspoon. Good times.

Pretty sure you're stuck with the APAP, just don't over-do it as previously stated. Maybe recommend sipping instead of chugging.
