Hydrocodone sweetness?

Alright well i noticed when i chewed up 2 vike 7.5s that there really nasty at first but then like candy sweet after that nasy taste fades( didn't have a drink so i kinda couldnet wait for the bad taste to subside) Does this mean hydrocodone is sweet by itsself in hcl form with no apap? did anyone els know this aha?

I pop my pills without chewing, but I doubt pure hydrocodone has a sweet taste. It might though, who knows. Any taste can become an "acquired taste". Xanax used to be horrible tasting for me, but I don't mind the taste anymore, really.

yeah i dont think it would taste good at all, your brains probably being conditioned to associate the bad taste with getting high, so it doesnt seem as bad anymore
