Hydrocodone questions

This will be the first time I have ever take hydrocodone, my friend gave me 4 500mg/7.5mg acetaminophen hydrocodone pills (the generic ones that have the M358 on the back) and I was wondering how best to take them. I'm about 6'2 215lbs and I have taken oxycodone once at 15mg and only felt a little bit of the effects.

take 3 or maybe all 4 then

satrt with 2 wait 15 min take 2 more. you can always take more but not less ;/

Take 3 and if you feel not much after an hour take the last one.
