Opioids Hydrocodone Metabolites

I was wondering what the metabolites of hydrocodone are; I know some of the dose remains hydrocodone and some is metabolized into hydromorphone but I don't know what percent of the dose is metabolized (or left unchanged) and if their are any other metabolites.

Hydrocodone, hydrocodol, hydromorphone, hydromorphol, N-desmethyl versions of all 4, glucuronide conjugates of all of them too.

Ratios very based on the individual. Not very much of an active hydrocodone dosage is actuallly converted to hydromorphone.
