Hydrocodone / Hydromorphone tolerance buildup?

Hi everyone. I have a question or 2 today. I am curious as to how quickly tolerance builds up to these 2 opiates. Below is a list of the dates when I took them and the dosage I took on that day.

JAN 10th DILAUDID 4 mg plugged

JAN 12th DILAUDID 6 MG plugged

FEB 5th NORCO 25 MG orally

FEB 10th DILAUDID 12 MG orally

FEB 11TH NORCO 22.5 MG orally

FEB 14TH NORCO 30 MG orally

FEB 25TH NORCO 30 MG orally

FEB 27TH NORCO 32.5 MG orally

The last dose of 32.5 MG I took on the 27th FEB felt good.No nodding though like the first time. But nothing has felt as good as the first hydrocodone dose I took on the 5th FEB.

Do you think I have a tolerance? Judging by what I have showed you here, how much VICODIN would i need to feel a very nice euphoric buzz?

Also, how many MG's of DILAUDID would I need to insufflate in order to achieve a very nice euphoric buzz?

Thanks for taking the time.

I have 2 mg DILAUDID pills and 7.5/325 HYDROCODONE pills.

Unfortunately, you'll never feel as good as the first time you did opiates. That's why people get addicted to them - they try time and time again to recapture that initial high, when it's simply impossible. Don't expect to ever feel the same as the first time you took hydros.
Tolerance to opiates builds up quite quickly and since you've been using quite often it's likely you're starting to need a bit more to achieve the same effects. I would recommend next time you take maybe 37.5mg - 40mg, somewhere in that area. Be careful though, your use seems to be pretty constant and if you continue like this you're going to get not only psychologically, but also physically addicted very soon. Opiates really aren't something to mess around with, I'd recommend you try spacing out your use by at least 2 or 3 weeks every time, and STICK to that.

Thanks for the advice. Im going to shoot for 2 weeks. As of now I dont feel any physical withdrawal for the drug or anything like that. Any idea how many MG's of DILAUDID I would need to insufflate in order to achieve a very nice euphoric buzz?

i'm not saying you should abuse any controlled substance, but you definitely shouldn't be upping your dose so quickly. if those 8, nonconsecutive days are all the dope you've used, increasing like you are is just a waste. let your high fade. it will become less enamoring and taking a break won't be so hard. that's reality. if you think that sounds too hard or idealistic, realize you're not good at this drug and jump ship before you're fucked.
