Opioids Hydrocodone + Hydromorphone. Good or bad?

I'm planning on taking 20mg of hydrocodone in the form of vicodin, and 16 or 20mgs of hydromorphone at the same time. I'll be taking them orally, so no snorting or injecting. Is this a good idea? I have somewhat of an opiate tolerance, so the hydrocodone alone will not be enough to get me high, or even probably buzzed by itself, which is why I'm planning on mixing it with the hydromorphone, but I wanted to post here and seek some advice about mixing these first. I've also taken these together in the past, but in smaller doses with no negative side-effects.

So, what do you think? Will I be ok? Should I do it?
