Hydrocodone help

Wait another 20 minutes, if you still feel nothing, then take another. But the important thing is you should try to relax.
 
40 minutes and I feel probably only 5% more relaxed than I normally do. I'm going to go out and smoke a cigarette and see how I feel when I come in. Woamotive, the only two drugs I've ever done in my life are weed and alcohol. I have zero tolerance. I'll update again in 15 after a cig.
 
If you really feel nothing, perhaps take another two. I wouldn't recommend taking any more than the 4 in total, though. Drink plenty of water too.
 
I went outside and smoked a cigarette, and felt a little more relaxed than I normally do, but still nothing out of the ordinary. It has been an hour and 10 minutes. The pills are scored on the sides, so I could take one and a half more. Should I do that?
 
no, not yet, wait about an hour and a half as suggested. it's best to titrate up as low as you can as well to avoid accidentally overshooting it and getting ill.

give it a little longer and dose half to a full pill and then wait another 90mins to see how you feel.

i'm going to move this over to BDD as it's a basic dosing question.
 
Sounds good. I'll wait another 20 minutes or so. After those 20 minutes, assuming I am still in the same state of mind, should I take one, one and a half, or two more?

It's up to you, really. Have you eaten recently? How much do you weigh? Eating has a big effect on Opiates, I find. Especially on a low dose of Hydrocodone. If you've eaten in the past 2 or 3 hours, it's no wonder you don't feel much from them. If you did eat, I'd say forget redosing, and save them for another day. I'd try again when you have weed and can wait 2 or 3 hours after eating to take them.

Taking another two won't kill you, worst case scenario you'll get sick and perhaps throw up, but considering you don't feel anything from the first two, I'd imagine you wouldn't need to worry about it.

Of course, this is a harm reduction site, so I really should you telling you not to. But again, if you decide to do it anyway...it won't kill you.
 
I ate a good-sized meal about five hours ago. It has been an hour and 20 minutes and I still have yet to feel anything strong.
 
i'd err on the safer side and increase with only one pill. one and a half if you must. it pays to be conservative with initial opiate dosing because noone enjoys spending a few hours hugging and kissing the porcelain bowl.

the meal you had shouldn't be affecting absorption.
 
Would it be better to take one or one and a half now, or wait until tomorrow night and take three all at once? I mis-counted at first. I have three left total.
 
that's totally up to you, man.

if two hasn't had much of an effect i doubt 3 at once is going to be mind-blowing, ya know? opioids aren't for everyone and it takes some acquiring and time to appreciate their alluring taste for some people.
 
Yeah, that makes sense. I think I'm going to go ahead and take two more right now and hope for the best.
