hydrocodone help please?

I pulled a muscle and ligaments in my back due to a seizure,the doctor prescribed me lortab and methocarbam which is a muscle relaxer.i took 2 lortab with no effect so I took more, I should have checked first but, can anyone tell me what I can expect and if it's good for muscle pain,in expierence thenkyou in advanced.the lortab was 7.5 so in total i took 30 mg/2000mg apap.so i didnt reach the max dose of apap at 4000mg

I do not have an opiate tolerance i took the first two about a half hour ago and the second two about 5 minutes ago,thankyou for your help
 
Okay, well you are in for an experience. I would recommend 15 mg hydrocodone for an opiate-naive individual for recreational purposes. You took twice that, and while I don't think you are in danger, will likely feel nauseous, lying down helps. I hope you are somewhat naturally tolerant to opiates as 30 mg for someone with no tolerance is pretty hefty. It could be a pleasant experience, but I don't know. One Lortab would have been sufficient for the pain, 2 would have had you in a very good place. Four will give you quite the ride. The pain will go away, trust me, I hope this wasn't too much for you. You might feel sick, but I don't know.
 
You should be feeling it quite a bit within the next 30 minutes. Don't take any more until you feel the ones you took!
 
thankyou guys,so what effect will i feel,right now i feel tired but the pain is still there although it is a little less
 
You will feel euphoria, sedation and relaxation, feelings of warmth (possible itchiness), probably nausea, analgesia (pain relief). You will probably start nodding (going in and out of a dream like state), which is very pleasant in my opinion. You might get a little sick on that dose, but you probably will still have a good time, and say goodbye to the pain, it will go away soon as the Lortabs kick in more. Remember nausea with opiates is greatly eased by lying down.
 
thankyou for all your help, i'm starting to feel noddy and sleepy kind of out of it, kind of like a bowl of jello but i'm worried that it could be an aura not euphoria once again thankyou
 
I'm no longer in pain i cannot feel anything,feel very sleepy can bearly open my eyes,just worried about seizures bbut im being watched...thankyou for all your help,bed is great right now
 
Opiates can produce that "out of it" effect, it really isn't uncommon. Glad the pain is gone, knew it would be.
 
so, the out of it effect is most likely from the lortab not a aura from a preceeding seizure..its sad i'm a nurse i should know all this but iver never tried lortab etc but i know it doesnt lower seizure threshold like ultram(tramadol) morphine etc..thankyou you have been great
 
Haha don't worry about a seizure, that is extremely unlikely. It is not an issue unless you are taking 400mg+ of tramadol or certain other drugs. Just enjoy yourself!
 
I can't tell you for certain whether it is an aura or not, but opiates especially in the dose you took can make you feel out of it.
