Opioids Hydrocodone Dosage... 10/500

Hello, so ive taken 6 10/500mg narcos throughout the day starting at 7 this morning it is now 6:50 in the afternoon. Am i at risk of acetominophen OD if i take 2 more or should some of the aspirin be out of my system by now?

6*500 = 3000mg APAP (acetominophen).

I really wouldn't push it any farther. 3000mg APAP is a lot.

If you really need to get more hydrocodone in your system, do a CWE (cold water extraction) to get rid of the APAP.

Incorrect!

I suggest you follow NT's advice and do a CWE. For a simple answer: No, it is not 100% safe, it will be after 24 hours though.

This thread is BDD material but has been answered.
