Hydrocodone buzz

So i took 20mg of hydrocodone, im not nodding and it has been 50mins and im not peaking, i do have i little repressed breathing and a very nice buzz. Should i take 5mg more

If you already have repressed breathing, don't take any more opiates. Simple as that.
