I'd wait till you're coming down off the coke then hit the Vicodins. It'll help with the come down and you'll have another decent buzz...depending on your tolerance.

Take the hydrocodone, snort as much coke as you feel comfortable, and know that your coke is not going to last as long as the hydro buzz, they go great together. When you know you are coming down consume no more coke, and the vicodin will cover the W/D up.

I WAS going to say " you tell me - do you have a tolerance to opiates (at all) ? ". However, you just posted about that.
So,the answer is a simple 'yes'. It should be perfectly fine. It's often a nice end to the night after a long day of stims.

Pharmaceutical speedball (well, almost...cocaine isnt a popular script). Id say go for it if you know your tolerance. Only thing i can think of is increased seizure risk from the combo, so if you are very seizure prone, dont do it. Otherwise you should be just fine. be safe.

It would be nice to do either:

A. Take the Hydrocodone about 10 minutes before you begin doing the coke and it should kick in soon while your are doing the it. It will feel like a kiddie speedball. I refer to anything that isn't coke+heroin IV as a "kiddie speedball" so that was not a diss. You should feel really good. 30mg of Hydrcodone is a good dose to take with it.

or...

B. Take it roughly 10 minutes before your last line and you will feel none of those pesky symptoms from the coke comedown and you will be able to get sleep a lot easier.
