for the last week I've been snorting 8 mg suboxone pills, I've had 2 of them and I've been snorting small bits every few hours throughout the last week. Oddly it seems as if the Buprenorphine hasn't been getting me as high as it did when I first got them, I have a fairly low tolerance to opiates ( 30 mg hydrocodone or 160 mg codeine to feel pretty good).
Well just yesterday I came upon several lortabs, now I know I can't take these now or it will just be a waste, but when can I take them and get full effect?

I dont know about snroting the Suboxne, because it's absorbed subligualy under the toungue and if it is swallowed then the naloxone will negate its effects. I would just put it under your tongue, wether it be pieces or crumbs, or the whole pill. If you don't want to ingest the naloxone or narcon, then just spit that shit out. Keep the juice in your mouth an swish it around for 10 minutes at least so the Bup is absorb, and most of what's in the juice is the naloxone. The Bup enters the blood stream vis sublingually, and the naloxone is absorbed in the intestinal track. So if you don't swallow the juice and spit it out, then the naloxone will not be absorbed into your body.
You need to get away from sniffing shit or putting shit up your nose. This my friend is addictive behavor that needs to be broke. Take the sub like it is suppost to be taken to get the maximum effects. If you are looking for a rush you may or may not get one, don't be suprised if you don't. I have been taking it for 11 days, and its was very hard the first week or so. I was on 100ml/mg of liquid methadone for over a year, so it took me several days to stabilize. Your addiction was mild to compare to mine and I AM NOT PROUD OF THAT!!!! 8mg of Suboxone is plenty for your habit to hold a day. Stay strong, stop hanging around them folks who care only about getting high and fucking up their lives. Good luck and live onward and upward.
 
dude I'm not prescribed suboxone I am using it because I have such a low tolerance to opiates that it gets me high, and if you look up the bioavailability of buprenorphine it is much higher intranasally than it is sublingually , I usually don't snort anything except coke but I haven't done that for years, but I have been snorting the bupe because of the higher bioavailability, anyways the real question is When am I good to take the lortabs?
 
cool appreciate it fam, it seems It would get me feeling great at first, and after a week those little bumps have turned into little lines and I still don't have the same effect does tolerance build to bupe that fast? and is this gonna increase my tolerance to other opiates too? I do love taking about 250 mg of tramadol and a nice line of bupe then hitting a bowl of my good sour skunk strain I grew

the honeymoon period for buprenorphine is very short lived for many people. infact, some individuals never experience a high from suboxone- though this is mainly those who are experienced with opiates already. i was only able to get 'high' on suboxone one time.

because buprenorphine is an opiate, even if not a full agonist, it will indeed increase your opiate tolerance. buprenorphine is actually a very powerful substance, so even using seemingly small daily doses, it can very quickly raise your tolerance to other opiates. it is also very possible to develop an addiction to buprenorphine and the withdrawals are very much the same as those from a full agonist.

the intranasal bioavailability of buprenorphine is ~50% whereas the sublingual bioavailability is ~30%.
also, the naloxone in suboxone is basically inactive and in no way does it negate the buprenorphine's effects when administered by any route. buprenorphine has only ~10% bioavailability when taken orally and is the reason it is not recommended to use as such.
using suboxone intranasally will produce greater effects than when used sublingually (and will also require less), though the duration is usually shorter lived.
 
^^ Well it would depend on the dosages.
High dose for a week would cause blockade but the doses Bpayne is using will not.
I find when dealing with low dose Sub you don't really have any issues dosing other opiates.
So in this case I agree with you no real need to wait a long time.

Just wanted to throw in that I find less is more with Sub.
It's a little late now but with your tolerance you might have been able to go lower on the Sub.
When I had a tolerance like that as little as .25 - .5 mg of Sub would have had me good to go.
But everyone's different so YMMV.
I found that by sticking with super low doses of Sub the being able to get high off it lasted for much longer.
If I started with higher doses I would quickly lose the joy aspect of it.
Hell after quitting for a few months & now chipping at the Opiate train I can get halfway decent effects off tiny doses.
In this case to cover minor w/d's & such I can use .25mg of Sub.
.125 weighed out on a mg scale for those who have problems measuring such small amounts.
It'll lift w/ds & leave me feeling good.
So to those who read this & wish to use Sub for recreation try starting uber small it can't hurt.
For the lucky ones, less is more will pan out & you'll get a hell of a lot more out of it.

I have been using less, just tiny bumps, I couldn't even measure each bump but if I had to say it would be a tenth of a mg or less each bump, I don't even know what it would equal out to honestly, but now it's been a week and a half on Wed it will have been 2 weeks, these 2 8 mg subs have lasted me but I doubt I'll have any left by then, does that help put it in perspective?
 
Idk I mixed the two together a couple years ago. It was alright, I did one of the big suboxones 8/2mg and then small amount of hydro, like 20mg I was good for a while. I don't know if the antagonist stopped the hydro from working or not. I felt really fucking good though. Threw in some lyricas. I believe I was on a bunch of dexedrine also on a binge, now that I think about it...

but yeah I'd say wait 18 hours or so.

Went to a job interview thing the next day.. bad choice, I was nodding all day.

That's the correct way to do it IMO to get the most out of it.
So you're golden. :)
Also with doses like that chances are there's no blockade so do your hydro's whenever you want.
 
well, I had my last bump of sub last night around 12:30 1:00 am and I just took 3 hydros about an hour an a half ago, and I'm feeling pretty decent, about to pop the last 2 though since I know that it works!

I wish I would have saved them for today, cause I just slammed my finger in the back door and I might have broke it damn lol.
