Hey guys, this is my first post and i just finally joined today, although i have been looking at this site for awhile now. So if i posted in the wrong place or did something wrong, in advance, I am sorry.

So back to what my post is about...

Just about 2 and 1/2 days ago AFOAF had drank 5 beers from the time of 8 to 10PM. And then my friend gave HIM two of the Hydro/A. he had taken pain killers before so i knew how they effected him but this time it has been different. After he took the painkillers i arrived home around 11PM and they started to really kick in. he fought the drowsy phase and afterward got really hyper. he was alone and began looking online at the effects of alcohol and Hydro/A. And i began to worry, (my friend is a big over thinker and causes himself to sometimes go into panic attacks or get a thought stuck in my head for days) After looking on different sites, he was too scared to pass out. he ended up staying awake until 7:30 in the morning to make sure he did not overdose or anything... Even though he has done much much more than this in the past.
Once he woke up at around 1pm. he felt very groggy, weak, head was "foggy", legs were sluggish and was very spacey. he expected that though because he had stayed up so late. But even later in the day the feelings didn't go away. They got worse and that was eventually all that he could think about.
For the past two, almost three days he have felt this way and cannot seem to shake it. he still feels weak in his legs and still feel foggy or in a haze, very in his own head and is still tired. It's now Sunday and days after he had taken the Hydro/A...

So he is very worried. Has anyone felt this before? Am i just over thinking this? is it withdraw? (he hasnt used pills in about a year. or is he over tired still?...... he was thinking of going to the doctor but has to find the money for that first and would rather not.
Any similar experiences shared would be very helpful, Also any advice or information would be really great too! AFOAF isnt really a heavy user of anything and is just looking for some help or advice. Thank you.

Alcohol with opiates requires a specific taste, they both cause such severe nausea and only a few people actually enjoy this mixture; many hate it.

Acetaminophen with alcohol is very dangerous, stressing one's liver very harshly; which can easily cause damage.

Tylanol, acetaminophen, has no recreational value at all. It doesn't produce any euphoria, and should be avoided outside pharmaceutical use.

For the future, please research before risking your health; we care about you! :)

It's not withdrawal since it takes a lot more consecutive days of opiate use to develop physical dependency, so you can rule that out. 2 pills is very unlikely to cause liver damage with the beer, so I don't think that's the issue either.

Out of curiosity what was the dosage of the pills you took? You could just be worrying yourself to the point of having anxiety that's contributing to the effects that you are experiencing.

That what i was assuming but it wouldnt think that this anxiety would effect like that for this long. they were 93/150 and a big 3 on the back, idk i doubt too much is wrong with me but still feel weird even today. Maybe its just the anxiety and im over thinking this.
