Opioids hydrocodene after 4 day methadone use?

i regularly take vik but i was out so took meths 10 20 mg a day for 4 days. am i ready for my vik. my last dose was yesterday at 10pm or 11 pm. i dont want anything blocked

20mg isn't a blocking dosage, however, your tolerance has probably raised considerably. I would wait on the hydrocodone another 24 hours if you can, if you want to take your regular dose with positive effects
