Nope they arnt Aussie Hydromorphone vials. Look at the expiry date
Now since we are on this topic and hoping there are a few people within the AU discussion forums who have or are currently using Hydromorphone's i'd have a few questions regarding it. Have abused 64mg Jurnista's quite a bit along with my usual Codeine, DXM, Alprazolams and morphine. My question would be:
1. Is it normal to get 2 black eyes in the morning accompanied by dark circles looking like u havnt slept for days after using a large dose?
2. I have tried a few administration routes and after a railed sum my nose that particular nostril was heavily runny few minutes later when it was kicking in and then same thing 24 hours later. Is this normal?
3. This question is prob the most important to me. I noticed after railing a number of them over quite a long period of time once within a few minutes i totally lost my voice and had a broken voice sumtimes for about 30-45 minutes. Surely this cant be normal can it? Im also curious as to which part of the pill contains the hydro itself? Is it evenly distributed throughout the pill itself or is that grey/greenish part the wax or sumfn to prevent the hydro absorbing fast?
4. What would be the best way to administer them? Have tried dissolving it in water after crushed up but they are so hard its virtually impossible to crush into fine powder. Was planning to plug them. Would be nice to hear from someone that has had alot of experience with them and can answer some of my questions. Thanks and sorry for hijacking the thread, well sort of

112011... I've seen expiry dates like that on many prescription drugs and OTC drugs here, and Dilaudid HP is available on the PBS here, 50mg in 5mL. I think it quite probably is from this country.

i've linked to this OROS technology, the abuse-poof (not quite) time release mechanism, that the jurnista (and concerta) use quite a few times in a hydromorphone and opioid thread here in ausdd that you've asked about before.

i've trialled these in relation to pain management and they were very efficient. abusing them? you're going to have to perform an extraction, which is the same as the concerta extraction guide in OD.

Thanks for all the replies n many thanks to Leftwing especially. Just curious is it possible to plug pharmaceutical grade liquid hydromorphone and Morphine? Has anyone here tried that with either? I really dont want to IV or IM it. Or anyway to turn it into a snortable form just like Ketamine? I was also wondering is it possible to plug liquid oxycodone (Oxynorm) the strength is 5mg/5ml but im not sure if i would be keen to shoot 30-40ml rectally LOL any ideas? Geeze this thread is really dead. Surely some fellow BL-ers have come across atleast one of them. Any input would be great. Its my new experimentation n project i have been working on to save some money as its very costly and not very effective Orally or to similar common ROA's. Any thoughts??

^ Just evaporate it down if the liquid isn't too potent. Besides, I'm sure you could hold more then 30-40ml up there.
As for snortable product, evaporate down to powder. If for some reason the liquid doesn't evaporate too easily, you could try basing it and extracting with chloroform.

Ahh cool, i mean 40ml is alot to go up there, well thats my comparison to the 5ml i do with Diluadids LOL
So it is possible to evaporate the vials to powder? hmm im really curious as the vials i can get both Morphine and Hydromorphone are IR which would be more suitable. Its funny as the 64mg Diluadids are apparently ER ones but for me crushed they last 2-3 hours opposed to the "24hour" meant to be released ones. Cheers Mr Blonde

^ I don't see why you shouldn't be able to evaporate them down... do you know what solvent the morphine and hydromorphone are dissolved in? I'd expect it to say on the bottle.
Also I'm sure someone, somewhere has done a study on how much liquid is feasible to put in the anus for intra-rectal absorption...

They won't know what it is, even most the nurses at the shooting gallery hadn't heard of it until I started bringing it around, now im the hydroman
