Hydro, APAP, Pain!

So this morning I got both my upper wisdom teeth pulled out, one side now hurts like a bitch.. I got script for 5-500 regular Vikes, and also just a couple Tylenol 3's and couple of Norcos that I had from before... Little does the dentist know I have a pretty high tolerance already!

Popped 5 vikes (2500mg Apap) earlier today, along with some Motrin, now another Motrin with 1 T3 (300mg APAP) and 1 norco (325mg APAP), I know 4g is max dose of APAP right, and I clearly need to take more Vikes cause this pain is pretty BAD Is it that dangerous to go a little beyond 4g APAP in 24hr period? How do I take more and save my liver I don't wanna die, but this pain has to goooo... Thanks in advance!

Thanks a lot, waiting for it to refrigerate at the moment, crushed up 3 of em, definitely ain't tryna take in anymore Tylenol today.. Wish this bleeding would stop. Honestly the whole procedure wasn't as bad as I thought lol, just think of something else the whole time and relax, but AFTER the anesthesia subsides, when you already leave the dentist, damn, pretty annoying pain! I wonder why my right side is aching more than my left too..

I've taken ~4.5g APAP in a day, on multiple occasions. I'm still here, but I'm not a drinker for the most part, so I don't have multiple assaults happening on my liver at once.

Either way, much over 2g is quite unwise. Really ANY acetaminophen is bad; I find it completely useless as an analgesic.

Its acceptable to call the dentist and tell him that the hydrocodone isn't working well, as it obviously isn't.

i think you can call them and they might give you a refill but im pretty sure they cant prescribe you anything stronger than percs, but thats just what i heard...ive been needing to get mine out for like 5 yrs now and they hurt and hydrocodone wouldnt do shit for me either, not even close
