Hurt back - painkillers (Dilaudid/hydromorphone)

I need help. It's been 1 week dilaudid free .7 year user of many painkillers . Ive fallen and hurt my back im in alot of pain im afraid to take something I still have some dilaudid left . If I take some for pain will I go threw withdrawal again. Or can I take it and stop when the pain subsides I only have 40 . Any help or info would be great. Thank you.

with only a week clean, yes you will go thru wd again.
try some lyrica and your NSAID of choice along w/ a heat pad if you seriously don't wanna deal w/ wd again
