hi everyone.

for a while now i've had trouble tracing down sites which are willing to ship to Australia; they're getting harder to find, leaving a middleman necessary at times. What i'm trying to compile is a list of local sites, even international, that supply harm reduction tools such as Micron Filters, Sterifilts, Stericups, Guides/Handbooks- mainly surrounding Intraveneous Drug Use. not all of us live in the metropolitan areas where sterifilts/microns are given out or sold at a small price. nor is it viable for us to travel to pick up a "pack" for he weekend, performing a 1200km round trip.

apart from your local exchanges, what sites out there are you ale to order such items from without shipping and handling problems?

any other hints, tips, information would be greatly appreciated.

Suppliers -
Sterile Syringes, Filters, Dilutents/Preservatives

Not too sure if this helps, i dont use that kinda stuff, but I did a search for you and thought this looked ok -

http://www.sterilesyringes.com/

They ship world wide and seem to have a few of the things you mentioned.

Edit - the title states - 'From Australian vendors online' but in the body you mention 'willing to ship to Australia'.

it's a matter of either or, but would prefer an australian company due to shipping costs. the sites i used to turn to have stopped shipping to australia/can't order anymore.

as long as they sell equipment such as vials, stoppers, microns, barrels, different guage needles, etc then i'll be happy. it's just for the occasional poke and to try and convince my local exchange to perhaps start supplying them if they can get the appropriate funding.

please don't post to sites which offer meds without prescriptions! i'm not looking for that shit:)

that site is perfect, poledriver! thank you very much!

although the filters are a little expensive they're invaluable for IV use. i'm more than willing to fork out a few extra dollars for that much less damage being accumulated over long term use and perhaps "donating" them to my local exchange.

No probs. Surely there must be places in Aus that have online shops for this? Or New zealand? I think I recall Busty dropping a link to a NZ site, but i'm not too sure if they ship to over here or take online orders. Hopefully you get some more replies from people who are actually in the know (unlike myself).

the major drive behind starting this thread was to compile a list of sources for those who don't have the luxury of picking microns and other valuable items from their local pharmacies or exchanges.

there's a lot of talk about people suggesting using micron filters when injecting but not a list of resources beyond their local exchanges. :)

Yeah I understand and I think it's a good idea, I think I may have gone against the forum guidelines tho with a link to a site that sells 'something' -

1. DON'T solicit the sale of prohibited substances online. This means no dealing. Bluelight is an information resource, not a place to get or sell drugs. An extension to this guideline is that we don't allow sources for anything to be posted. This means no URLs for online supply, no listing of sources to buy or obtain ANYTHING.

HR supplies, IV supplies included, are an exception to the rule. so long as they website being advertised doesn't sell anything else without said range then it's fair play:)

hopefully all our other needle users are stuck in a nod or hole of some sort before they come out of the woodworks. just pre-trips before the "big one" tonight :D

I am going to close this pending a discussion with the other mods. As it stands now, the consensus reached between staff (across the board) is that sourcing isn't allowed for anything, including these HR products. The view is that they're easy to find through google anyway, and Bluelight associating or 'partnering' with certain sites or sources over others has certain ramifications, as well as the possibility of dubious publicity on both sides. Although I can see the arguments against it, restricting sources for HR seems counter productive to me. As it stands now though, I'm sorry, but I have to close this, at least for now.
