living the dream
I currently have a vial coming soon. It's been years since I did dope, oxy, roxi and fent patches. I was doing 75mcg to 100mcg patches and sucking on fent lollies at the same time when I was a junkie. My friend said to get a 1cc insulin syringe to measure. I plan to drink it as needles are not my thing. Is 50mcg too much to start? Would 25mcg be a safer starter dose? I have to be caferful. This is just a treat. My friend knows not to give me more than one vial. Every once in a while I treat myself to 30mg roxy or the old 80mg oxy's (when I could find them). I haven't fallen back into the gutter and just want to be careful, but want to enjoy a fuzzy night. :)

Thanks for your feedback

Drinking fent isn't going to work well. Try dripping a VERY small dose into your nose, or leave the liquid to absorb under your tongue. Start very small, as who knows what your tolerance to it shall be, and fentanyl isn't something to be messed about with, it's like playing with fire.

Ok, thanks for your advice. I'll start low at 10mcg. It was only 2 years ago I was doing 80mg oxy and doing okay. I have had the 100mcg patches in the past and the lollies. I agree it's like playing with fire. I appreciate your advice and concern. ;)

10 mic is a bit too low imo. Pre-dosing minute quantities is pointless (unless you are testing for an allergic reaction) especially if you are subsequently increasing that dose like 5-fold cause you felt nothing at all.

I would start at 40-50 if you are going sublingual (and you will probably need to re-dose if you are an average weight healthy male.) The starting common anesthetic dose is around 50 mic (Iv) for non-tolerant individuals if I am correct.

I have a similar question except my situation is quite the opposite. I have a relatively high tolerance. Been using opiates for about 15 years with only short breaks ( not by choice). I have been on subutex for 5 years now. Currently at 4 mg/day. But have been taking morphine ( orally 300mg/day) and on other days oxycodone (orally at least 300 mg/day). Can easily take more but as everyone knows street price is ridiculous. The bupe is there mainly to avoid wds. Anyway, what would be a good dose of fentanyl? And what ROA? In my years of experience I've never been fortunate enough to come across patches. Thanks for any input.

I was recently told since I REALLY rather not use a needle that for sublingual absorption I could use a gel for suspension. Any advice? I've never used a needle myself and my only other thought was putting 50mcg does on sweet patch kids or sweet tarts that in a sense would mimic fent lollies.

Why not use water ? Less of a hassle and safer considering you don't want solidish stuff in your throat if you od.

best way I've found to take fent that is gel or in solution is to drop a tiny bit on your finger and rub it on your gumbs, keep rubbing it in for awhile or as someone said before drip it under your tongue. Do not eat it as the ba is quite low... I've also seen people put fent in empty nose spray allergy things with water and dose like that which works well

Using nasal spray bottles works well, just be sure to use precise measurements. If you are dealing with fent powder, it is best to use disposable rubber gloves as just a couple mg on your skin could be very dangerous - especially if you have a low tolerance.

Also, if you use a nasal spray bottle then it is best to use saline instead of water. Just buy a saline nasal spray bottle and use the saline. It works very well!
