Good evening ...

I congratulate you on this wonderful forum and useful ..

I have a question and I hope you help ..

I use heroin more than 10 years .. And suffering from the problem in finding a vein in my hand,
:My question is
What is the best type of injection I used the 1 cc but I have trouble with some veins. Can not draw blood from the 1 cc or can I do this when introducing half.
The second question:
Can I use in my legs. What is the best veins.?

Apologized to the prolongation

Yes you can use veins in your leg. I knew someone who had blown all the veins in her arms, so she would run hot water over her feet in the bath, which would cause some veins to pop up and become visible and she would hit one of those. The dope will take longer to hit you if you use your legs/feet.

1cc is how much liquid the barrel can hold, not how big the needle is. The needle diameter is measured in gauges, like 28 or 30, and the needle length is measured inches or mm or, like 1/2" or 12mm, or words like "short" "regular" and "long". That is more important than the barrel size. For delicate veins, such as hands or feet, a small diameter needle is best, and I like to use short or regular length for shallow veins. 1/2cc syringes are more likely to have smaller needles, and the bigger the gauge number the finer the needle, for example 30 is smaller than 28.

But I would highly recommend you use veins in your arms and legs instead of your hands or feet.

There are a ton of threads on here about the best IV technique - please let me know if you need help finding them.

One vein I recommend runs up the inside of the leg. It's the one shown in pink below, the great saphenous vein:

It only takes slightly longer to hit, maybe up to 30 sec at most IME. I really didn't find it to be a problem, I would just lie down right after injecting and it would hit me fast - although I don't recommend that as you can easily fall asleep. I guess it's important to mention for HR that it could take a bit longer because if someone injecting in the arm and the high hits immediately they might not finish injecting a whole shot if it hits really strongly and they decide it is too much, whereas with the leg you might not notice it's too much until you've injected the whole amount.

Thank you my friend to answer, but I do not have a problem in the clarity of the veins, I can see them clearly .. and your idea 100% correct about the hot water.'m Going to try and Ward you, because smoking heroin through paper aluminum disgusting.

Thanks for the clarification ..
Excuse me not to illustrate the size of the needle because most located in pharmacies 30 mm
There are some veins in my arms, but I Despaired attempts because I'm seeing clearly, but I think that the size of a needle is why the inability to draw blood. For this I ask for the appropriate size of the injection.
And thank you for the illustration of the leg. The saphenous vein is clear to me :)
I hope give me the old postings that found.

have good day bro ..

I think you meant 30 guage (G), not 30mm? 30 G should be fine. I always used bigger needles than that. Some veins are just too small to inject into.

Here is a good website to check out: AIVL Vein Care

Here are some threads on Bluelight about injection:

Please let me know if you have any questions!

The things I would recommend most to help you register (draw blood) are:
- make sure you are warm (have a hot bath, turn up the heat, do some exercise)
- drink lots of water
- find a large vein and feel for it (you don't even have to be able to see it) (don't use veins in the hands or feet)
- insert the needle at a shallow angle and with the bevel facing up
- use the "vacuum method" to register (it should be explained in one of the above threads)
- use fresh needles for every single poke

Thanks for the clarification, and especially the issue of veins and how to injection.Because I used the same syringe several times, which led to damage to some veins.
One last question and I apologize to annoy you because you are the only person who understands what I mean.

Can I injection into a vein that exists down the shoulder. down Bey muscle?? Because it is clear to me. Is there a problem in this place?

Thank you my brother and good luck. Me back soon :)

Definitely don't re-use your syringes. They get dull very fast!

I don't think there are any particular problems from injecting in the upper/arm shoulder area. I've injected there before. Just be careful not to hit an artery or nerve.
