Last week I took 1.5 doses of LSD with my GF, (1.5 hits each, I have tripped 10 or so times before this on LSD with much higher doses) and took the hits around 6 PM. My GF was asleep in bed by about 6 AM, however I was never able to fall asleep, and when leaving my eyes closed for extended periods of time trying to fall asleep, my mind gave me visuals of a single click, or snap that needed to happen in order to fall asleep, that I was never able to get, so I never went unconscious. My GF then left that morning for appointments, and the hours kept passing by that I still felt in a hallucinogenic state (no visuals, everything just looked differently and felt differently) until it turned 2 PM and I began to have an anxiety attack. I called my dad and after explaining the situation, he was on his way to me with Xanax to end the trip. By the time he got there, my panic attack had passed and I began to wonder if that state I was in was the real life and if I should really try to go to sleep with the xanax, but eventually around 4 PM I decided to take it and passed out, then woke up feeling normal again. But had I never taken the xanax, would I've stayed like that? Is there anyone who has been here before, and didnt have access to or decided not to take the xanax?
