Opioids How would I know if I took to much/ did I od just now (read)

I took 5 morphine 30mg pills
Im sorta seeing things, vission blurry and im nodding off, im not high.

I assumed 5 would be fine based off how much ox i used do 80mg after 80mg but i never saw stuff on ox or had my eyes go out like think. im afraid to go to sleep even thinking i might die.

heart rate is 98
I am seeing things, I feel off, i keep trying to nod off, dry mouth, back hurts bad but that could be from being on couch so long. also i took 7 last night and it didn't do much but they are time release so i might have 12 in me.

i took them like 3 hours ago but the seeing things and blurryness just now got worse and its getting worse.Thinking

think its possible i od? i can hardly read the screen right now and neck back hurts so bad. I also keep almost falling asleeep. i took 5 30mg morphines what u think to much?

I think you're just freaking out. If you have enough tolerance to do all that oxy then work it out:

Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than morphine orally, so 80mg oxy = 120mg morphine.

If they're time release and you didnt fuck with them (crushing, soaking in cola etc.) then that might help you out a bit.

Try throwing up and get a friend over to watch over you and keep an eye on your breathing if you nod out.

Or if you feel like you're totally slipping away then call an ambulance! You're only wasting time by waiting around for answers from strangers who have no idea of your tolerance to opiates.

I can't really tell you if you're overdosing or not but either way you did take a lot of morphine. I don't what you're tolerance is either. We're not medical experts and we're people on the Internet so the best bet is to get a trusted/sober friend to watch over you like axe battler said.

If you feel you can't stay awake and are having problems breathing, please call an ambulance. It's best to have a friend with you in case they have to call an ambulance.

It was always better to be safe than sorry in these situations. If you feel you are overdosing, seek medical attention immediately.

Do realize that 150mg of Morphine taken orally is roughly equal to 50mg due to bioavailibility.
If you can handle 80mgs of Oxycodone orally, you should definitely be able to handle 150mg of Morphine orally. 150mg Morphine (oral) ~= 75mg Oxycodone (oral) according to this narcotic dosage converter.

Edit: What I'm saying is you are most likely okay but if you are EVER at all worried that you are close to overdosing you should most definitely contact medical professionals right away. In other words, call 911 if you think you are dying.

^Those converters seem to have some inconsistency. It does sound like the OP is having some kind of adverse reaction either way. I still think he should seek medical attention ASAP.

True: morphine's bioavailability is 35% MAX depending on the person....bur he said, "used to"...how long ago is "used to"???
