Opioids How will taking Librium (chlordiazepoxide) effect tramadol metabolization?

The title asks it all. I am going to be tapering off tramadol, and was wondering if taking Librium would prevent from the proper metabolization of tramadol into o-desmethyltramadol? I am also on Tegretol XR (not for long), and am wondering if that complicates things even more. Will the Librium metabolize properly, as well? I am not very knowledgable when it comes to liver enzymes and metabolites, so I would really appreciate input, thanks.
