From the creators of American Drug War: The Last White Hope comes How Weed Won the West!

It's more politically relevant then The Union IMO because it focuses more on the economic, social, and human ramifications of marijuana prohibition. It really shows the details behind California's MMJ laws and the grow ops that provide for the dispensaries. Also a bit more entertaining, a handful of celebrities make an appearance and you get to watch DJ Starscream from Slipknot eat a lit blunt roach!

Check it out.

I think movies like this are great ways to educate people on drug policy. Organizing a movie screening for the public can be a great way to take a swing at prohibition, have fun, and meet cool people. Try it out. If you are a student a California college campus, I can guarantee you'll fill the room. PM if you need any help/pointers on getting it done.

Yeah Alex Jones is a moron. He gives people with legitimate leftist politics a bad name and he's an annoying asshole. I'm going to watch this movie today, thanks for the link.

Woohoo, I've been looking unsuccessfully for a torrent of this.

this is the follow up movie by Kevin Booth the man who created the movie American Drug War: The Last White Hope which was an insanely popular movie all about drug laws in the united states that i am fairly certain was made incredibly popular through word of mouth and people on the internet.

Please Download it, watch it, and once again show it to as many people as you can. It's one of those things that people just need to know about so they can understand both sides of everything.

Saw this the other day, was a good watch although Alex Jones pisses me off, I was waiting for him to burst into 2012 spiel :|

I came back to the thread after watching it to comment on Alex Jones. I donno, I find Kevin Booth, the director, to not be a great film maker. His over reliance on Alex Jones in this movie I think is a very revealing on his style. I feel like he just looks for whatever material he can get but fails to form a strong narrative. Way too much angry ranting by jones to make it an enjoyable watch.

I feel he is also getting his kicks out of film making, letting it get to his head, and not being as professional as he could.
