How was your first day of class ;)

English class is great. It's American Lit. A lot of reading and a moderate amount of writing - just the way I likes it :) The prof's young and enthusiastic, though his political views are pretty much the polar opposite of my own (something I've gotten very used to), he's still a nice guy and doesn't seem like the type to give me a bad grade because, for example, I believe that Christianity is the true religion and the conversion of the native peoples to Christianity was a very good thing - though of course there was a lot of evil things the Europeans did as well.

I think you've have a hard time with Biology then, since your unit on evolution will pretty much prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Christianity's tale of history is false.

If you can get past that, however, it's great - my subject of choice.

Update:

Evolution: Bad teacher, tough textbook -- but I'm an ace at the subject material, so I don't suspect there will be any problems.

Chemistry: Re-taking it after a failed summer 6-week grind. My own stupidity and bravado backfired when I tried to take the accelerated course. However, since I've done all the work, wrote the tests and done the labs already, I suspect it will be much easier this time around. Good professor, despite being a Mac user.

French: Really wish this course was online. It's the class I have to wake up for every day at 8:30 and sit through a 'high school like' small class setting, complete with group work and reading aloud. Teacher, despite (or maybe because?) being hot is a bit of a cunt.
