What everyone else said, though I'd also add to used a syringe or other precise liquid measuring devise for dealing with the high proof alcohol. There's no way to know how much is absorbed into the sides of your container (assuming it's not glass). If it's a small glass one it's probably less than a hit, small plastic maybe two or three if you're lucky (total guess, could be more). I'd draw up 90 units of alcohol, put it in the vial, shake and shake some more, then draw up 30 units, dose sublingually, wait however long you need to come up, then dose another 10 likewise until you're out. After that you're safe to chew the plastic, heh.
