Cocaine How to unblock nose?

Hey all.

I took Coke a few times over the past week and I've got a SEVERELY blocked nose, it's mainly my left nostril and its that bad that when I try to blow it nothing happens and my ears pop. I can't swill water up there cos it just trickles back out. I've tried inserting tissue paper up there and it only partially unblocks it and then it just blocks back up again! I think my sinuses might be swollen or something. Would Sudafed help dya think? Cheers guys.

Have you tried a Neti-pot? They force water through your nostrils and sinuses to flush them out. Make sure you use distilled water with them though, never water from the tap.
