Opioids How to turn Pill into liquid (Dilaudid )

So I think I posted this in the wrong spot last time. New to blue light so still figuring it out. I think this is where I am supposed to post it.

Been on opioids for over 15 years, take 4mg Dilaudid 4 times a day 20 mg oxycodone 6times a day and lorazepam 1mg 4-6 times a day.

Meds aren't really working for me anymore. Was on a lot more but got down to this and now it's starting to not help and the pain is horrible.

Don't know how to turn a pill into liquid. The rest i can figure out.

Are they name brand dilaudid?

Pulverize into fine powder…….any tablet……add warm water to dissolve bitter powder. Swirl around to dissolve into cloudy liquid, add little cool water and sweet orange juice to mask bitter taste……..drink on empty stomach

Oxycodone & Lorazepam ok

Dilaudid 4mg Yellow small round unscored tablet D imprint ? …….Hydromorphone has 30% oral bioavailability…..liver destroyed 80% of dose. Often / meant for hospital administration via IV/IM injection where it’s POWERFUL

Hydromorphone 7.5mg oral
Hydromorphone 1.5mg IV injection

You can get a 1mg oral syringe (no needle) and draw up Dilaudid water in insert into rectum half the length of your ring finger rich in blood vessels, bypassing first pass metabolism (liver destroys 80% of dose) and enters directly into bloodstream……in few min you’ll feel warm rush of opioid Dilaudid

Not very ideal…..some inject….also not very safe or ideal

Ask for dose increase or drop Dilaudid and ask for Oxycodone increase has 80% oral bioavailability and amazing non sedating opioid analgesic……proper dose will kill any pain …..you’re just tolerant to your dose which happens

Those are some high doses…..your doc might do opioid rotation, removing everything and prescribed Methadone oral tablets ……I take 100-125mg daily (160 tablets monthly) of Methadose……not just for junkies of Heroin cessation…..commonly used for chronic pain as it’s long half life 24h and about 8-10h pain relief , 80% oral bioavailability…..long acting potent full mu opioid agonist just like Dilaudid or Oxytocin
