Yeah i have been with her for all three years. The reason i feel like i should tell her is that we are getting engaged soon.

Goddam..how did u manage to hide it from her for 3 years? Do y’all live together? That seems like such a difficult thing to physically hide from someone you live with. Maybe she’s just more oblivious since she’s not a drug user & doesn’t know what to look for?
