How to tell your gf you use drugs

I need to try that while on opiates, its awful that i can go for about 20-30 minutes and then BOOM...limp...game over... Ive always thought of trying something to fix that but i have always been worried. Which is real weird though considering ive put all sorts of horrid shit into my body in all sorts of ways and never really think twice. I just need to find a way to get them.

I went to an MD. I'm not an opioid person so idk how they'd work mixed with that.
