Welcome~
Yes LSD should glow under blacklight (google "LSD fluorescence"), but this is not a confirmed testing method and it is probably not conclusive to just light the blotter paper since bleach-treated blotter paper may also glow itself. Therefore you would need to extract the blotter soaking it in a thimble with distilled water or vodka. Then apply the blacklight to the tiny bit of resulting liquid. The liquid is still okay to ingest if you would decide on taking your drug, whatever it is. It is ideal if you can fashion something coming close to a transparant thimble...
Remember to turn off absolutely all the light and do it in a pitch black place because the glow might be minute. It might be too weak a glow to see with the naked eye. Adjust your eyes to the dark first to make them more sensitive. Also realize that blacklight destroys the LSD so minimize the time of exposure.
And while a glow indicates LSD (nothing proves it but true analysis), absence of glow does not prove absence of LSD.
Another thing to take into account is that NBOMe drugs are not active orally while LSD is. So if immediately swallowed nothing or virtually nothing should be felt from an NBOMe drug. This can be a sort of extra failsafe measure, but it does not prevent other drugs like DOX compounds from working.
Be very careful (read: best if you don't) take more than 1 dose of something unconfirmed, the first time you take it and better is to start lower like at 1/4 or 1/2.
We don't allow IDing on bluelight and don't accept responsibility. You should still get that test kit if you want to act responsibly. You are smart to want to make sure as you say. Things I said don't make you sure.
