Ok, so I was on 5 mg of Xanax a day. Did great, both anxiety wise and rec wise. Well, about 4-6 months ago my dr said he thought Valium would be good for me. At the time I thought ok cool, Valium should work for my disorder and rec fun. Ha! Of course I now find out I'm take less than the equivelent of Xanax I was on...15 mg Val approx equal to 1 mg of Xanax a day!! I go from 5 mg Xanax to 15 mg Valium. Sigh. My dr is totally refusin to give me back my Xanax! How can I get him to understand that Valium is shit and I need Xanax back? And my rec use has never been made known to any dr so I don't know why this jackass is makin me suffer. Not to mention he won't see me til the end of March and won't return my calls. I can't switch drs yet either bc I'm still in a cast up to my knee and the town is so small it's him or a kid psych. So, switchin isn't an option right now bc I'm suspended, so I have a neighbor take me to the psych. Once I can walk again I'll be on the first bus to the big city for a new psych!
