How to take adderall xr

Hey, so I have 30mg adderall's (cap and beads) what route of administration do you suggest?

How would one capsule make someone with virtually no tolerance feel and how long would the effects last with different methods of use? They are 30mg and XR.
 
If I were you, I'd crush up the beads, put them back in the gel cap and take 30mg orally as instant release.
 
If it is past 12 pm, then crush thoroughly to a fine powder then snort/take orally, but if you take the pill without crushing after noon or so, you won't sleep that night. (Based on your question I assume you have never taken Adderall XR) Have fun!
