I'm curious if there are certain conditions one needs in order to store/keep a blunt wrap for an extended period of time without making it unusable (like drying out and breaking into crumbs)?

They are banning them soon here and I just bought one with hopes of keeping it for a long period of time. So what do I need to do?

Get your self a pack of those ZIG ZAGS any flavor will do... use them and save the bag it comes in... it comes with a seal... and these plastic wrap things that hold the moisture really really good...That is what i always use :) plus it comes with 2 straws one for my drink and other for my nostril... All this for a DOLLAR.... I love it

I can't believe they're banning these! Does anyone know why?

Buy some blunt wraps and don't open them.

Or you could put them in a wooden box with one of those cheap cigar humidors in there? They sell them at drug stores and they look like a plastic test tube filled with crystals.

If you have an actual humidor put them in that.

wtf does that link have to do with the thread topic AT ALL?!?

& they are banning them in the ENTIRE US as part of NObamas new tobacco laws.
suck 2 be you yanks i guess

Fuck it. Guess you'll just have to put a little more effort into rolling your blunts. Like... Split - Dump - Lick - Roll - Lick - Smoke.

blunt wraps are nowhere near as good as a proper cigar anyway (as in not that chemical flavoured pulpy paper wrap stuff) for rollin blunts. better taste IMO.

do you mean like a foil package like the ones that blunt wraps come in?
be more specific when you say packaging.

IMO if a cigar is in a perfectly unopened foil packet, it will stay better than in a humidor box, due to the fact that in opening and closing the box every now and then, along with the humidity controlling
wee gadget thingy, the moisture levels and thus the tastes of the cigar will not be constant, and will change and differ over time.

gonna start a thread in a minute. youd like it

freezer, man.....best way to store anything for an extended period of time. just leaving it in the package they can still dry out, ive definitely bought wraps that crumbled as soon as i opened up. if it does happen, boil some water and hold it over the steam, should help

you must buy some shitty packaged wraps down in Mehico,
but where im at, they come packaged in foil wrappers.

there is absolutely no way that if completely unopened, a blunt wrap would somehow "magically" dry out in its packet :|

PS i hear you guys have legalised LSD, ganja, meth, coke, and heroin.
shame that the Zetas are being total pricks to everyone though :\

cant win em all i guess

Thanks for the info. The blunt wraps are still in the original package. I'll keep them in a dark moisture free spot then. I was just weary because I've bought blunts before that had become completely bone dry and crumbled before I even opened the package - I guess they were just really old and had been sitting on the shelf under light for too long.
