^thats about it. its just a habit.

unless you wanna start mixing drugs, which probably isnt a great idea.

Uh what happened with supplementing with magnesium? That's always helped significantly with me, mainly for other uppers tho.

It works for me, it's helped ease the clenching/grinding significantly on Speed, MDMA and Mephedrone, I preload with a magnesium supplement an hour or 2 before my first MD dose then I do another mag sup at the end of the session, I also take one the next morning.

It doesn't make it magically vanish away but it helps you're body physically ease it.

There's a few other ways I've seen people use to disguise it or make it easier to deal with - suck/eat sweets, mints, chewing/bubble gum, dummy (pacifier) in the mouth (this is a classic UK raver idea, no exactly practical in non-rave situations lol)

Ahhhhh, chewing gum! :!

Be extra aware of how long you have had the same piece of gum in your mouth, I don't know about anyone else but I chew and clench so hard while chewing gum by the end of the night or when I am coming down I end up with the WORST headache. I can feel all those muscles just deflating. %)

Would be a much better suggestion than mine - Diazepam (or any muscle-relaxant) and a weak Opiate like Codeine).
Infact mine's a silly idea / practice =D

Magnesium is definitely recommended. Benzodiazepines to work as a muscle relaxer is also a great idea.

All in all, you may want to use less cocaine in the first place to prevent the unwanted side effects.
