This has become quite the quandry for my friends and I; being "how would one equally/fairly split a vial of liquid LSD between 2 or more people?"
It seems like there should be a simple method for dosing a medium and splitting it in half, or just go drop for drop. Just wanted to seek some expert feedback and get a general consensus on how to handle this hypothetical situation!

If it's in a standard vial, use an oral syringe. Otherwise, dose it on sugar cubes - I recommend, if you have a good relationship with the person you are sharing with to just keep it in the vial, it'll be preserved longer.

Easy. Get two identical vials. Place them right next to eachother. carefully add the liquid to the two vials, ensure that the levels are equal when you're done. Seal and store the two vials.

There will probably be at least 1 trip of L left in the vial. Since you don't want to go adding distilled water, and then dropping it into your other vials, because it would throw off the concentration, i'd recommend rinsing it with distilled water, pouring the water into a glass of juice or something, and splitting that with your friend. I would predict the effects from this to be only threshold... but then again I like threshold doses of LSD.

1: Drop it on necco wafers
2: Divide resulting necco wafers
3: ???
4: Profit

:D

id say the oral syringe method is probably pretty beast.

u could go sugar cubes or gummy bears fuck yeah.

i want a vial of L god damnit

Person A eyeballs it into equal portions, the person B chooses. If there is more than two people, then persons B and C play rock paper scissors or flip a coin to decide who chooses first. The smart person A won't shake the vial, and will place slightly more in the other vials so that those will get chosen and the strongest portion (though less volume) will be left for person A. I swear, I've seen this topic come up a couple times before. There is really no reason to complicate things. You are buying in bulk and splitting so save some money, and you are going to save plenty of money regardless. Accurate splitting only matters if you are splitting a lot more than a vial, or if you are selling it.

For some reason, the way artic portrays it I see people on an elementary school playground dividing a vial of liquid acid. With the rules and the rock papers scissors and all.

"Whoa dude! It's like I'm a child again"

;)

@OP: good luck getting a consensus method. I think if you think about it creatively there are at least a thousand ways to do it that all work.
There is a solution to everything.
Want equal quantities? Use a scale. Put all of the liquid from one vial into the next to see what the total was. Then cut number that in half and divide those quantities. That way you don't have to fight over the 'wash'.
What tool to use to transfer small quantities of liquids? If you go more expensive, order pipettes, or even automatic micropipettes lol. Cheaper is to just buy a dropper somewhere, the kind that can go drop per drop but also squirt a bunch more at a time. Rinse well with alcohol / vodka / everclear / distilled water!

I'm a big believer in keeping things simple. Over-complicating shit that really doesn't matter in the long run (a difference of a few hits here or there) just isn't worth the hassle. Regardless, they are getting a better deal than they would be buying it a hit at a time on the street.

Oh I didn't mean I had a superior solution or to mock your way, they are all fine methods. Simple ones if you want to keep it simple and increasingly convoluted ones if you want to be as exact and fair as possible. Whatever you think is important, go with that.

Personally I think that's enough for this thread and I am tempted to close it but I will give it a little time to see if it might go somewhere that adds new info or is fun.

Honestly, I've seen this topic a few times, and I'm fairly certain that everything of value has already been added. If this was in CD it would have been closed immediately. Thank you, Solipsis, for being unusually non-douchy, for a mod. :D

For the OP: More answers can be found here and here.

Oh man, now I got to close this thread before some other mod comes along and reports your post! Haha just kidding.

When I go through old threads I see often that willow closes threads whenever they are deemed sufficiently answered or for a lot of other reasons. Bless the guy, he did the job well and I miss him, but I try not to be too strict in case other users give signals that they are expecting something more from a topic. And who am I to deny that. Yes I got a modstick but I'd rather humor something if the request is reasonable.

I guess we all do it differently and there is a window of slack available for personal judgement. If the number of users that is dissatisfied with the way things go is minimal, I'm happy. Thanks for the compliment.
